Training Is A Necessity

Ream after ream of paper has been used in an attempt to convey to all concerned of their full responsibilities on the level of supervision for the prevention of accidents in construction. Included in the responsibilities answer supervision, and with a high priority, the training of new workers for the work they do.
All too often newly hired workers, given their assignments, and then expected to implement it efficiently and safely without a sufficient task instructions. Even new employees with prior experience often need training and orientation if re-labor efficiency must be maintained. This achieves two things: (1) efficiency, and (2) states of attention in the welfare of workers.
What should be taught and what procedures must be followed by supervisors? Very logical, supervisory duties is to give instructions to workers about the work to be done, so they can finish in the shortest time possible. However, measures of vigilance must be taught by a safety supervisor before starting work. Disturbances particular job must be shown in relation to each stage of the work, and instruction must be given on safe exercise of the special work that will help avoid these disturbances. The instructions are poor or nonexistent resulting in injury and production inefficiencies because supervisors did not organize all important parts of the work to clear before actually giving instructions seriously.
Many organizations have found from experience that effective training is a must when going to an activity that is efficiently maintained. Appropriate job training means the efficiency with safety. Efficiency and safety of the desired results, quality and production
